SlideShow.digital provides digital signage software that enables users to transform Android devices into managed display systems for multimedia content, including images, videos, web content, and other supported formats.

The Service may include:

  • Free software applications

  • Optional premium or commercial services

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the software

Free Version Disclaimer

SlideShow software is provided free of charge “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

It is strictly prohibited to modify the software in any way without prior written consent from the Company.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, code, design, trademarks, and content) remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or its licensors. No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., media files).

You are solely responsible for:

Payments and Commercial Terms

If paid services are offered:

  • All fees are stated at the time of purchase
  • Payments must be made in full
  • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction

Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Device malfunction or display interruptions

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, APIs). We are not responsible for third-party availability, data handling by external services, changes or discontinuation of integrations.
